What could be more simple than styling your home using prints. Prints are fairly inexpensive, and easily found, especially online. Two of my favorite places to get prints Kristin Schmucker Shop and Dear Lillie. Its fun having some you can change out with the seasons as well. I recently bought a few frames in black, white, gold, and even a mirrored one, and in different sizes, and have been adding them into my decorating, to add another layer. I like the matted ones because they take up a bigger space on the wall and add more impact. However several of a smaller size grouped together, could be fun as well. They are nice to layer on your table tops as well. Of course using a frame is only one way to display your prints. Get creative or keep it really simply, all work beautifully. I love setting one on the edge of my chalkboard, or adding one or several in a row to a clip board.
Here I layered one on my table top then kept adding in other items until I achieved the look I loved. This print is from the shop of Kristin Schmucker.
The print below is from Dear Lillie.
Here I framed some sheet music I picked up at an antique shop.
…again from Dear Lillie.
….and again from Kristin Schmucker.
If you see frames on sale, pick up a few sizes and different colors. I’m still on the hunt for a wooden one, and pick up some prints, for some easy and inexpensive decorating.
