Pom-Pom Garland DIY

If you have 30 minutes and a skein of yarn, you have what it takes to make this sweet pom-pom garland. NO, they are not just for little girl birthday parties, I adore everything girlie, and whimsical. I especially love to add a little whimsy into my pretty traditional décor to break it up a bit. Originally I made just one but then I found myself taking it from there to use it here, so now it will be evening project for a few nights. I suggest making a few and keeping them on hand, you will be surprised the different ideas you get.

I used two sizes of pom-poms here, but you could use as many as you want and in what ever size you would like. Or change it up a bit and make several variations. I plan to make one a little different, just to see if I like it. I purchased the pom-pom maker from Michaels, it is the same one I used to make the Pom-pom wreath a few posts back. And I braided 3 pieces of yarn together to make the base to tie on the pom-poms. It is as simple as that.

Here is a reminder of the wreath I made using the same yarn but in a gray color.

You can hang them on the wall, over a doorway, a mirror, a picture, intertwine one through a table scape, a staircase, a mantle, a piece of furniture, and or a sign. Endless ideas for very little money or time, and they are cute. Stop me, I cant not get enough.

Thanks for Stopping by the Blog
