When it comes to styling a Coffee Table I feel like I am a newbie. Thats right, I have my first grown up coffee table for the last year. And I have been on a bit of a journey figuring out how to work it, ha ha. You can decorate a table top in multiple ways, some of which, I am sure I haven’t tried as of yet. But I have challenged myself to change it up as often as I can, and it has been fun. I have really enjoyed using trays and I am looking forward to adding a stack of books and a live plant soon. Here is what I’ve done so far this year.
Most recently I have added the most beautiful dried flowers from Afloral to a sweet small vase, adding a crystal and a strand of beads that have a tassel on the end, for some interest. I love the layered look. I kept the same Shell Hurricanes which I adore.
I love how these items tie into the woodsy garden style I have going on the Mantel, all very organic and neutral in color.
Right before this newest arrangement I placed a Bowl filled with moss and some faux Paper Whites, for the win. I loved it. I moved these Paper Whites to another table because they are really pretty in this room.
Again the plants all work together, even though the one on the Mantel is a live plant.
I have a few ideas coming up, and I look forward to playing with a few more trays.
Here you can see what I had going for Christmas 2019, this was my first Christmas with the table. Look how the glow of the lights changes the color of the walls.
This Antique Lantern is one of my favorites, I bring into this space every chance I get.
A little moody here for Fall.
I am planning a few things for Spring, but Summer is going to be fun, I have so many ideas using shells. Have some fun with your Coffee Table.
Thanks so much for Stopping by The Blog
